Regular Program / Observation of Fiords, Glaciers & Cetaceans in the Straits of Magellan
Whale-watching  in the Francisco Coloane Marine Park means scientific guidance, high conservancy politics and all the facilities of the Carlos III campsite: warm welcome, modern and comfortable, and delicious food and drinks, made from the best local products and international savoir-faire.

DAY 1
Departure by land from Punta Arenas to San Isidro Lighthouse. (7:00). Boarding for navigation towards the Straits of Magellan. (8:30). Breakfast and lunch on board. First observation of Humpback Whales and seabirds. Arrival to campsite at Carlos III Island.(16:30). Short botanical stroll at the campsite surroundings. Dinner. (20:30).


DAY 2

Breakfast. (7:00). Whale observation. (9:00). Lunch at Carlos III Island campsite. (14:00). Sighting from the sea, Ruppert Island Penguin, Skua,Cormorant colonies, Fur Seals and Sea Lions rockeries. Scientific guided Whale observation. Dinner. (21:00).

DAY 3
Departure for Santa Inés Island glacier visit. (7:30). Breakfast on board. Navigation and exploration in Santa Inés Island throughthe Whale Sound. Lunch at Carlos III Island campsite. (13:00). Departure for Punta Arenas through Froward Cape. (15:30). Estimated arrival time to Punta Arenas.(22:00).
